Work in Progress

Hey, guys, sorry for the lack of updates. We’re working right now to catch up on a few series that we want to review as a whole, rather than book-by-book. But we’ve series reviews of Patricia Briggs’ Mercy Thompson books, as well as the House of Night series, so please be patient with us.

Also, we’re totally open to getting some suggestions of new books to read, as we’re running low on Wal-Mart bestsellers, so please give us suggestions in the comments, or email us at yourekillingme.ck@gmail.com.

Kay’s read the Mortal Instruments and loved them, but I didn’t manage to make it through the first one, although not for any particular reason. We’ve heard of the Hunger Games though, hear they’re really good, so we’ll look into them. Thanks for the recs. 🙂

If you’re in the mood for a long but easy-to-read, increasingly complex and addictive series, I’d recommend Diane Duane’s Young Wizards series. I’m in the process of re-reading and reviewing them, myself, so they’re at the front of my mind 😉

Um…something I haven’t read yet… How about Jonathan Strange & Mr. Norrell by Susanna Clarke?
